HBL is looking for an IT Support Specialist who is proactive and customer-focused. In addition to excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong willingness to lean new technologies, this position requires hands-on expertise across multiple platforms and applications.
Responsibilities:
•Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, Server 2019, and Azure environments.
•Manage help desk tickets efficiently using Zendesk and other help desk software, ensuring adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
•Support and troubleshoot software solutions including Sage ERP, Scanforce, MapADocs, UPS Starship, Plytix, Airtable, and Adobe Suite.
•Provide remote support using ConnectWise and TeamViewer.
•Facilitate and support virtual meetings and collaboration using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
•Manage and maintain A/V setups and technology in conference rooms.
•Handle networking tasks, including basic configuration and troubleshooting.
•Oversee printer maintenance and troubleshooting, with emphasis on laser printers.
•Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and technical manuals.
•Perform tasks involving SQL database management and querying.
•Conduct basic low-voltage cabling and related tasks as needed.

•Bachelor's degree and/or two+ years' IT support experience.
